Re: 10 seat syncro??
3 in the back, 3 in the front, two rows of 2 bolted to the floor.... I don't see why not but I've never seen one. LWB wouldn't apply to a T3 though.
Possible 11 seater arrangement too with buddy seats and one set of 3 in the middle...
Good luck in your search

Re: 10 seat syncro??
Mines a SA 10 seater "normal" T3 Syncro,
was a safari bus in the Kalahari
2+2+3+3=10
just has dickie seats facing backwards in the rear,
original fitment though,
not bad if wasnt for the aircon taking up the headroom,
but thats coming out soon anyway.
kids love it,
and in theory it makes it congestion charge exempt.

Re: 10 seat syncro??
In UK spec the Caravelle CL was only an 8 seater and single slider (2/3/3) (twinslide might have been optional), GL was 2/2/3 single slider with a jump seat option on the middle row, and the basic Caravelle C was a twinslider with half bulkhead so 3/3/3. Think if you wanted anything else it probubly came from Devon.
My school in the early 90's had a W reg Devon minibus which must have had about 12 seats, 2 in the front, and 3 rows in the back (felt cramped even to a small child, but then I would have been comparing it to our GL which only a limo would ever beat), all rows were forward facing but the rear was right on the edge of the engine hump - guess it tipped up for engine access or something - I was 8 at the time so don't remember too much, had curtains though, romour was they made too many campers so converted some to busses before sale - it said "camping" on the back and everything was the same 2 tone beige colour scheme.
In europe where VW and Devon didn't have any sales agrements you probubly could get something like a 12 seater from the factory, probubly with a Transporter or Caravelle C badge - seen a few single slider C's in LHD and the british brosure pictures one which it says is not avalable in UK. Doubtless they would have been much nicer that a devon bus but for some resion VW never seemed to want to offer/market the Caravelle very much in the UK, and in many ways still don't.
