just bought a new switch from j kampers and when it came around to fitting i found it has an extra terminal and a resistor. With a little bit of investigation on here Ive found out its a later type switch question is is it possible to fit this switch as at the moment it wont work???????

Yes you can fit it. The difference is the later switch has a provision to be illuminated whilst the ligths are on via terminal 58b. Just check the other terminals are in the same position in the multiplug as the old switch.
