positions yes all acceptable in the uk, I have mine in A but Jed has the sticky out grill so would look less cool there
number plate must be BS kitemarked and reflective with correct letter forms and spacing to be legal

i vote c from an utilitarian perspective.

Just removed the temporary big bumper from mine (with a tree) and I find myself in the same situation.

I voted C.

If you go offroad it's out of the way.
It's clearly visible to Der Law.
It will stay cleaner, longer.
It leaves the fairlead area clear of obstructions.

Once I have sorted the bumper conundrum I will be doing it.

Offset numberplate is always good if you want to avoid "in yer face" numberplate recognition (cameras really can't cope with those Alfa 156's with set-over front plate but won't stop you being recognised. Like your van's not that distinctive...)
Sticky on the front scuttle. Get German with it.

B. If it's central on the bumper and bolted can't see it getting damaged too much.

Up on the opposite side from the Westy Logo in a black frame Jed! Or get a black frame n mount it proper in positon C looks crap out of a frame jus stuck on!
