Austrian assistance!

Post by batmangb »

Hello from Salzburg!

Spent an hour on the side of the road bodging this part back together:
http://www.vagcat.com/epc/search/?pn=113127303C

It has cracked into many pieces and causes the fuel pump to fail.

Does anyone know where we can pick one up in the Innsbruck/Solden area or anywhere in-between on Monday or early next week?
We tried a VW garage today outside Salzburg bit they couldn't get it for while.

Thanks in advance for any advice offered, I'm off to drown my sorrows in the local brew!

seems to be the same part number as used on a beetle or bus type 1 Aircooled engine. can anyone confirm this is the case on a DG engine petrol pump?

serialkombi lists this part for CT,DF and DG as 113 127 303 without C on the end..........

Thanks for the offers of help, my tie wrap fix has gotten us through! Had the rest of our holiday and have just boarded the ferry for Dover. It got a bit hairy when the exhaust snapped clean in half yesterday, but we made it.

Thanks again
