Leisure Batteries

Post by fodtommo »

Hi all - I have just aquired a leisure drive camper 1.6d. Currently not fitted with a leisure battery. The starting battery is in the engine bay so Im toying with fitting 2 lb's under the seats.

My question is, its a narrow space so what batteries fit? I dont want to use a car battery as I want a deep cycle leisure battery.

Thanks

Tom

its possible to fit a leisure battery behind the rear right light cluster..next to the starter battery ..on a diesel.
any more than 190 mm high and you wont fit it in there though
the word 'pissing' is safe
