There are always pro's and con's of any argument, and to sit in a nice spacious caravan with shower and oven etc can beat sitting in a roof tent any day for some, and I think for longer trips would be preferable for a family at least. Certainly makes more sense than a big motorhome, and how much cheaper than a pukka 4x4 motorhome, lots I would suspect.

Cracking video that but they seem to get stuck a lot! I imagine you would need an awful lot of grunt to safely pull one of those caravans.
