blue bird bed- what thickness ply?

Post by campercrazy1 »

hi there, just wondering what thickness plywood people have used for their beds, particually those who have the bluebird frame, obviousy needs to be strong, but weight is always an issues, can you get away with 12mm?

I think it would depend on how heavy you are.
If you're both lightweights then you may get away with 12mm but I'd go for 16mm.

Is it the new style bed, as I don't think they need boards
