Europe is throwing away its future. We (the west) have been the drivers in world development, we invented the modern world, we were lights years ahead in technical knowledge, we created the concept of human rights, we have the worlds most skilled/knowledgeable workforce....................What are we doing with it?

We have almost unlimited immigration by the worlds poor & religious.
We send billions to a country who doesn't give a damn about human rights, to make complete sh!t, in slave like conditions, using the most inefficient, brown coal burning, environment poisoning, factories. So as we can borrow money, to close or factories & pay our workers benefits.
We are building a super-power that doesn't give a damn about our, luxurious/rich ideas of fairness, equality, tolerance. They are empire building, land-grabbing, resource-controlling. We are complaisant, we are helping in our own demise.......We are lazy, spoilt, fools.

If someone stood up, & said 'Vote For Me' this is what I'm going to do for our country (for Europe, for the west) No one would agree with them. No-one would go along with them. But that is exactly what we are doing. It is so staggeringly short-sighted. But we blindly carry on.

But hey....look we got cheap CV joints out of it!!!

Spleen well vented....
Take a breath now and...

Its been a while now since this all blew up and as yet we have heard nothing from anyone from the supply chain. Is there any news from Interparts on how and why these parts failed .....

Since the Syncrospares statement above we have seen photos of the failed CV Joints but as yet no reports ......

It was only raised on the 8th Oct.
I think it will take more than 3 weeks to get a response.

The parts have been sent off, and syncrospares are doing their best to get to the bottom of it but atm were waiting on interparts. The front right wheel bearing needs replacing not sure if its worse than that yet though

Thanks for the update Youde...

I think a month or two or three would be the order of things, this isn't wartime (is it?) when a new type of bomb could be designed, tested, put in production, delivered and dropped within a month or two

After the 777 Heathrow shortfall, it took RR a year to re-design, test and even think about sending out a new type of Oil cooler for their Trents - or was it just a small mod to the exisiting FOHEs - certainly wasn't a great sense of urgency?

The world today seems absolutely crackers,
With nuclear bombs to blow us all sky high.
There's fools and idiots sitting on the trigger.
It's depressing and it's senseless, and that's why...
I like Chinese.
I like Chinese.
They only come up to your knees,
Yet they're always friendly, and they're ready to please.

I like Chinese.
I like Chinese.
There's nine hundred million of them in the world today.
You'd better learn to like them; that's what I say.

I like Chinese.
I like Chinese.
They come from a long way overseas,
But they're cute and they're cuddly, and they're ready to please.

I like Chinese food.
The waiters never are rude.
Think of the many things they've done to impress.
There's Maoism, Taoism, I Ching, and Chess.

So I like Chinese.
I like Chinese.
I like their tiny little trees ,
Their Zen, their ping-pong, their yin, and yang-ese.

I like Chinese thought,
The wisdom that Confucious taught.
If Darwin is anything to shout about,
The Chinese will survive us all without any doubt.

So, I like Chinese.
I like Chinese.
They only come up to your knees,
Yet they're wise and they're witty, and they're ready to please.

All together.

[verse in Chinese]
Wo ai zhongguo ren. (I like Chinese.)
Wo ai zhongguo ren. (I like Chinese.)
Wo ai zhongguo ren. (I like Chinese.)
Ni hao ma; ni hao ma; ni hao ma; zaijien! (How are you; how are you; how are you; goodbye!)

I like Chinese.
I like Chinese.
Their food is guaranteed to please,
A fourteen, a seven, a nine, and lychees.

I like Chinese.
I like Chinese.
I like their tiny little trees,
Their Zen, their ping-pong, their yin, and yang-ese.

I like Chinese.
I like Chinese.
They only come up to your knees ....
but they make crap cv's

Hmm, my front outer cv joint from (sorry) china/devon lasted just under 200 miles last May before it just seized? and because the vw/audi specialist garage that fitted it ordered the wrong part originally ie. a standard t25 cv (I tried telling them about syncro parts are different but started to get the rolling eyes so left them to it) so had to get it myself, well it wasn't covered under warranty since I got it myself, arghh and now I've got another one making noises, hmm (a secondhand one was used the second time btw).

All the same not syncrospares fault and I'd buy from them again no probs and get me van fixed, nice guys.

Thanks tosh, that's worthwhile additional info...

I expect an Interparts warranty is limited to replacement of the part and not incidental damage/inconvenience or fitting costs of same.
Presuming it was in an Interparts box..
