The dash board ones,mine has ceased to work,any ideas why?

Hi my van heaters has also packed up! Dont know how exactly but i've changed the fuse a number of times but when i switch the blowers on it blows the fuse???

If the heater blower is seized (common) then it will keep blowing fuses.
usually, you have the squeal of motor bearing death before it seizes.
