gearbox drain plug/fill plug

Just wondered if there is a correct torque setting for the gearbox drain plug and fill plug - can't find anything on here or the Haynes manual.

Manual Transmission ;Page 7a-1, Mr Haynes say 20Nm or 15 lbf ft in old money
1990 1.9dg tintop....back in the fold.....
