things to fix for mot
ive got to get my van through english mot as ive just brought her back from portugal.ive looked her over and spotted a few probs, first being the right hand suspension,as you can see on photo the rubber has gone, does anyone know where i can get part, second is the gear link to the geargox,is this an mot failure,if not ile fix it on later date.
IVE JUST FOUND MY MANUAL AND THE SECOND PHOTO IS THE RIGHT SIDE STEERING KNUCKLE BALLJOINT THAT THE RUBBER HAS GONE FROM,IN THE HAYNES MANUAL IT HAS GOT 4 SPANNERS FOR REMOVING IT,HAS ANYONE DONE IT,OR IS IT A GARAGE JOB?

Upper balljoint is a test fail (IF there's lift/play in the joint however they'll probably fail that anyway) not expensive or hard to do.
Gearbox actuator doesn't/shouldn't have any bearing on a test.
