I can use your van Mark throughout the winter to save you having to cover up bits

Do they really make that much difference? Might be worth investing in some if they do......what with all the blankets, thermo mats, hot water bottles etc there will be no room left for us!

Hi,
quote="T'Onion"]its to stop the bloody drafts while i'm in there[/quote]
If you can feel cold air coming in from above and below the fridge then I think you will find that the fridge is not installed as it should be. The space behind the fridge should be sealed off from the inside of the van. This is to stop (cold/hot) air and fumes from the fridge entering the interior of the vehicle. My Autosleeper used to have this problem and even new conversions (those £40,000 + vans) suffer from 'fridge drafts'.
The vent covers won't really cure the problem. The instruction book says fit them when the outside temperature is below 10.C. This restricts the airflow so that the fridge does not overcool .
Hope this helps.

Sorry I misunderstood thought the drafts were from around the fridge.
