Hi anyone know how much to put in as i only have a min level.

Please remember to add what engine you have when posting in technical.
Expansion tank inside engin bay should be full to the brim.
Topup tank behind numberplate should be between max and min.

The one in the engine bay should always be full to the brim, if you top it up and the level drops, you have problems.
If the level rises in the tank behind the flap it's probably a head gasket.

or if it doesn't rise and it explodes then you have a duff cap AND head gasket issues
