Rear Suspension Leg Mount

Hi All,

I have searched the Wiki and cant find any info on replacing the mount for the rear suspension leg.

Does any one have any idea if there an off the shelf version that can be welding on? My passenger side has cracked on the outside of the mount.

Just in case i have not described it right, it's the joint that is visible from from the side of the van right next to the wheel that mounts the suspension leg.

Also, is it driveable in this state? may sound like a silly question the inside of the mount appears to be fine.

Any help on this would be gratefully appreciated.

if this is the part visible from the side of van what should be body colour it is not safe to drive in this condition

vw sold a panel for this but i think they are sold out!

good repair shopperson with welder should be able to sort it tho

although its prob a can of worms!

I now have it sorted. In the end i had to get a new mount fabricated and welded on as the parts were really hard to get.
