DK was fitted to CU, the box you are looking at is box 3 week 4 1982 if all the numbers are right - though I think there is a digit missing, maybe 30402, box 30 week 40 which would match the vehicle it came out of quite well
£150 seems to be a fair price but as to recon, who knows
