Fitting guidance for two-part SS water pipes.

I just got a great deal on some 32mm early underbody coolant pipes in two sections from JK in their shed sale but with no joinign section which I will make up with silicone pipe- my question is does anyone have their fitting instructions, done this job with advice and know how long the hose is that joins each section in the middle? Also wondered if joining hose in the mid is staight or bent? h

i dont recall getting any fitting instructions.the joining hose is straight and is 7 inches long.and you dont need to drop the fuel tank to fit them..
