Hi there
I've looked for an answer on forum but no luck.
My clock has stopped working and wondering if there should be a connecter on the back of clock or does it run of the PCB?
Thanx in advance.
Peace

Re: Clock not working
Clock Connects to the PCB, it has its own supply arriving at the edge connector, Can't remember if its fused or not but you should read 12V on the rear of the clock. The 'push on' ribbon connection (held with a plastic clip) on the back of the clock is prone to not making a good contact (on the analogue type).

Re: Clock not working
It's most likely the pcb/connector, take off the dash pod and check where the pcb ribbon folds over the edge clean any corrosion etc and look at the connector that the pins are making good contact, theres a good thread here somewhere on hardwiring the cluster
Re: Clock not working
Cleaned the PCB, checked fuse, still not working.

Re: Clock not working
yes you need to check for voltage, because the clock has a permanent live feed it tends to burn out the track at the multiplug ime, easily repaired with some electroconductive paint from maplins etc...

Re: Clock not working
Not a bad idea to check if the clock actually works too.
