how do you remove locks on the passenger door

3 brass Philips head screws on outer edge of door (the bit you can't see when it's closed) - If you unclip the door card too you can see it all much better.

One of the screws is behind the door seal - don't take any more of the seal off than necessary to get at the screw - it has to be re-glued on.

When you've done that, it all sort of undoes fairly straightforwardly!
