non flashy flashers !!!

to top it all my indicators have stopped working now !!!, no bulbs lighing up at all, the dash light glows when i use the indicator lever but no flashing at the business ends, the hazards work tho so I guess the bulbs are ok ?. I changed the flasher unit too, made no difference, well and truly stumped here !!!

Try checking the earth crowns attached to the nearside body pillar next to the fuse box. Also check the connections on the wires to the relevant fuse. Mine were a bit corroded and once cleaned the flashers worked. Good luck...)

Very often a fuse with a hairline crack or poor connection as suggested above. Definately don't start pulling the steering column apart (as many do) in an effort to find the fault. Invariably its a poor earth or weak connection in the fuse box.

Check fuses, condition of fuse holder and wether you have 12V arriving at the Hazard switch. More info in the link that may be useful..........
