Hi,
I've got a VW camper, a Palomino conversion. The sink is behind the passenger seat. Under the sink and behind it's wooden casing is a freshwater tank and a wastewater tank.
I know how to fill the freshwater, but the wastewater tank is full and I can't see how to empty it!
Your help would be very much appreciated.
Thanks.

Re: Palomino camper - water problem!
Hi Vinster,
My bro in law had a Palomino for a very short time, he took the whole cupbaord out so he could get to the bottom of the tank to loosen on of the hoses and drain the tank.
Not the best advice and a bit of a pain but we could not see any other way.

Although I have only seen pictures of this particular conversion there must be a way of emptying the tank; either by removing it somehow or by a valve/tap affair - I mean, who's going to fit a waste water tank that can't be emptied? Have you had a look under the van?

Thanks for coming back to me.
Yes, under the van is a tap and waste water come through it until recently. I can't get to anything that connects the tank to the waste pipe. As you say, there must be something.
Back to rummaging underneath again ...

Take the tap off and clean it out. Or open tap and stick a piece of stiff wire up it.
