AAZ Cutting out on steep hills
I've got a T25 with an AAZ conversion that keeps cutting out when going up steep hills. Ihave just changed the fuel filter, cleaned the K&N airfilter that's on it and run some injector cleaner through it, which is making it run much better but still having this problem when going up steep hills. Any ideas? what should I try first?

Re: AAZ Cutting out on steep hills
could it be sucking air in to the fuel line................................just a guess.
could try running it from a can in the engine bay to discount this possibility.

Re: AAZ Cutting out on steep hills
Lee, thanks for the suggestion, it would have worked. I found out what the problem was by dropping the tank, there was a load of "slime or gunge" in the bottom of the tank. Cleaned it all out with some water, petrol then more water and it has worked a treat. It's running stronger than ever now (got 85mph out of it) and no stalling on hills. Took me most of the day and is going to take me about 3 days to wash all the diesel and oil off but well worth it.
