Difficulty getting into the right gear

Post by albertramsbottom »

After all my whos and a recon engine the mechanic told me that my gear lever bush had disintergrated and that he had to fashion one out of somthing.

Well I am having issues getting the thing in to the right gear and was wondering what bush this might be?

Has anyone any ideas

Cheers

when mine started doing this it turned out to be the shift bracket on the gearbox, not sure if this is your problem tho?
