Waxoyling - top tip !

Post by matt brighton »

Dear All,

When thoroughly Waxoyling the door cavities of your T25 - probably on a hot sunny day - remember; ........ ensure that your passenger and driver door windows are in the "up" position.

( Well.... at least my glass wont rust !!!! )

very happy to

If you already have the 2.5 ltr pressure can EBC in elm grove sell 5ltr cans for about £20 and the newer spray attachments are a vast improvement on the older original white plastic design. - Halfords for about a tenner

I KURUSTED the surface rust before applying the waxyol and removed all the interior door cards and panels to gain access to the panels from inside.

20% white spirit helped even flow as did standing it in hot water...

Easy job - and satisfying way to spend an afternoon.....

Regards

Matt
