Cab heater

Can any one please help?
I have a 1986 T25 Turbo Diesal engined camper, and i am having problems with the heater in the cab area, i dont know if it is normal, but the cab heater is hot all the time. do you know if i have a normal camper heater or a problem that can be resolved? is there a stat that is sticking? if so can you help me with advise how to resolve this problem. any help would be apprieciated.

There have been some recent posts about heater issues relating to the linkages behind the dash but often the simplest solution is simply to wait…

… mine took at least 30 seconds to stop blowing hot air after moving the lever to the left. Don't know why but it was stone cold after that.
