gerbox gets stuck in 4th gear

hi has anyone come accross this before my gearbox got stuck in 4th gear i took box out took end plate of re-aligned selectors and it was fine again but it's done it again does anyone know why it keeps doing this cheers

probably 3rd4th synchrohub broken and camming out sometimes, or a broken selector rod bearing on the 3rd4th selector shaft, in which case you'll find the remains on the drain plug when you oil change it, either way an oil change will show the overall wear but may well be rebuild time
