Hi,
Can anyone suggest a good water pump for a exterior water tank? and if i was to have hot and cold taps working would i need two pumps or would they both work of the one pump?

Depends upon what water heater you are fitting - they have differing water pressure requirements. You only need one pump - the cold water is forced through the heater..
