FRONT DOOR HINGES

Hello all,
I've had a hunt around on the forum but I couldn't find anything on this, so here's a new thread:-
Has anybody had any experience of replacing the hinges on the front (cab) doors of their bus? Mine have dropped, and my doors take quite a slam to lift them up into the right position for the latch to work. Is there anywhere I can get new hinges? If you can get them, what's the best way to go about getting the old ones out, and supporting the door while fitting new ones?
Any info/advice would be most welcome
