Hi,
I have a T25 Autosleeper with a rigid sided pop up. I need to carry an 11 foot surf board and wondered if there were roof bars that would attach to the actual roof not the gutters as this would prevent the roof elevating unless I took them off each time. However the roof is plastic, so I'm not sure if it's strong enough to take roof bars. Anyone got any ideas/solutions?
thanks,
Mike

Re: Roof Bars for pop top
Mine lives inside the van, fins to the rear bulkhead and a strap round the roof bar left over from the original roof and a belt and braces tie round the handle used to pull the roof down. Hopes that makes sense, 9ft 1" CJ
It's nothing a great deal of time and money can't fix

Hi trickydicky,
Thanks, I thought about that but at 11 foot it comes right to the front and gets in the way when driving. I think I'll have to put commercial van ones on in the gutters and keep taking them off when I need to raise the roof, either that or leave the missus and kids behind.
