Fair point, we all have to start somewhere though.
Giving everything a good shake and perhaps posting some pics of any suspected loose parts will help people to explain further what might be wrong

i had a knocking noise from the front end on my van and when i inspected further i found the previous owner had fixed one of them daft animal noise siren thingies behind the front grill and it was hanging off!!!!
i took me ages to find that bleeder too

Yes, i am a damsel in distress. I have been under the van today giving everything a nudge and all seems well!!!!!! I will just watch out to see if the noise reappears and take more note next time to where exactly its coming from. x

i had something similar and it was a can of wd40 under the passenger seat
