replacing 1900 boxer with 1.9 1y non nat/aspirated golf engi
recently completed conversion of 1900 water cooled to a golf 1y non turbo golf engine.engine starts and runs well, but did not note wiring connections to alternator, oil pressure and temperature sender.original engine had 2 oil pressure switches, can this be overcome and can anyone tell me the colour codes to these connections.any help from anyone who has done this conversion would be greatly appreciated and any other hints.

temp guage is yellow/red, may be twinned with a brown earth depends which model DG, early one is just single spade connector late is 2 pin latching plug, if you have just the single connector on the engine just use the yellow red signal wire
