Alternator rebuild - Nottingham. Any recomendations?

Hi,

Does anyone know someone in Nottingham that can rebuild my diesel alternator?

It needs new bearings and a new brushpack?

Im having no luck getting a replacement for it (its a 90A which im keen to keep).

Hi,

Got an alternator in the shed off a 2l petrol. I don't think ther's anything wrong with it as I bought a new one THEN found out the problem was a wiring one. Yours if you want it? Mansfield Woodhouse ish.

I thought they had gone under after there old yard was boarded up! Used to use um loads really good !

No mate.....they moved into new premises a few streets back from Nottingham Train Station.

I phoned them up and they have been bought out. Gutted.

Sean at GSF phoned and said they have found one - so will see if its the right one....
