i looked in the box, was about to fit new front brake pads and found out that i had been given the wrong ones, (rectangular ones).
preferred brand to use? approx. cost they should be?
arg.
i don't have a punch for taking the pins out, can you recommend a good one or something else?
any tips when fitting them. do you smear grease on the back of the pads and the corner edges?

knock the point of a 100mm nail must be galvanised as they are harder than standard steel nails theres gotta be a builder/chippy working close by with some.

got some nice shiny new square pads today and some fancy grease that's supposedly temperature resistant/waterproof .. anti squeal compound, will back the pads and edges with this.
