top tip for replacing a busted khyam pole.

Post by roj62 »

Hi

A couple of weeks ago one of the poles on our Khyam motordome snapped when a gust of wind caught it as we were taking it down.

Had a search round the web and found this company:

http://www.penroseoutdoors.co.uk/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

ordered what I thought was the right one but got it wrong (not really their fault as my awning is a bit older). Anyway they have been amazing. Was expecting the new pole to take a few weeks because they had to order it in but the called the supplier and got them to send it direct and not charge me for sending out a new one.

Kept me informed by email - probably had half a dozen mails from them and the pole was only a few quid

Bloody good service.

If you bust your tent or awning speak to them...

and by the way they are NOT paying me to do this - just think good service should be rewarded with a few kind words in the right place. Its great when someone does it for us.

When mine snapped Kyham sent me one free of charge. It was the first time I'd used it though.
