there has been something that has been bugging me, i was recently told there are left and right hand drive awnings, and that the door is placed differently for leftys !!!
i thought they were all the same ?
does anyone know ?

i have a LHD awning...it means that the "bedroom" sits at the back, and the "side" opening door of awning faces the front of the van. I suppose it depends on what awning you have

The R/H or L/H drive option became available on the 'little house' type awning sold by JK, around two years ago. With the correct option, when you open the awning door you are straight facing the sliding door of your camper ie. no need to waltz round the table & chairs when you are vodkarised late at night.
The JK 'little house' awnings are very good but they have shot up in price - +£50 since last year.
