Pics of westy pop top roof bar brackets inside

Dear all,

I have some orig early westy metal brackets to fit onto westy pop top for roof bars and do not have the internal reinfocing plates or fittings for inside of the roof. Anyone able to offer some pics of these fittings? I'm pressuming that there are at the least some spreader plates fitted inside and perhaps a rubber trim for the lower edge of the bracket where it sits in the gutter??

Most of the brackets were seen are just bolted using large penny washers on the inside. They are supposed to sit a fraction off the gutter and only touch when there is weight put onto the roof. A piece of tubing cut length wise can be glued on and stop rubbing on the gutter paintwork.

Cheers, that makes sense, does it matter how spaced out they are lengthways or at which point bolted on ?
