MAINS HOOK UP IN EUROPE

Post by DOMINIC »

MAY BE A STUPID QUESTION - BUT IT WONT BE THE FIRST: IM PLANNING TRIP TO EUROPE THIS SUMMER FOR FOUR WEEKS; FRANCE, ITALY, MONTENEGRO, CROATIA, AUSTRIA/SWITZERLAND, GERMANY, HOLLAND - QUESTION IS DO I NEED AN ADAPTOR FOR MY MAIN PICK UP LEAD? IE. IS ROUND THREE PIN UNIVERSAL OR DO I NEED TWO PIN ADAPTOR?

THANKS

Turn your CAPS lock off mate, you're shouting.

For a mains hook up you will need a round two pin with a three pin adapter (blue).
Most sites in west Europe use the blue three pin but down in Croatia they tend to be two pin type.
