cause I Felt like it

Hi Guys

Can any one explain how to install the felt washer I got with my spigot bearing for my Aircooled 2 ltr CU engine, does it go in before the bearing and do I need to grease or oil it? Is Mos2 ok to put in the needle bearing?

Also do I need to grease the face of the thrust bearing?

felt goes on the "outside" to keep the dab of grease in...
tiny smear of grease on the input shaft..
smear on the pads where the release fork presses..

Make sure the ends of the release forks are nice and rounded as any flats will cause a heavy and sticky action...
