Before a weekend gets planned/booked, I think this needs to be moved the events/meets section, so club members get the oppurtunity to get there names on a list and attend.

That would be back to front. How can people put their names down for a mini meet when no one even knows when it is? When a meet is put in the ''Club Meets'' forum, dates have to be posted in the heading. Let's wait until we can agree a weekend when there are no shows or club meets taking place, then post the dates in ''Club Meets''.

I`m trying me hardest, this was the most hopeful looking one but it seems to have gone a bit quiet.I`ll keep me fingers crossed that something transpires. If anything comes up i`ll let you know, cheers Ross.

I'm very new to the site, and have yet to go to a meet.
I went to Harewood last year, but not in a T25! We have our first T25 now, and would love to go to something like this!
I would be happy to either pay for a site, or more than willing to spend my pennies behind a bar.
I hope something gets arranged, will keep my eyes peeled, I think it should be embraced in the same manner as which it has been kindly offered.

We appreciate your efforts Ross. From the third weekend in April (Bus Types) until Van Fest in September there is a VW show or club meet virtually every weekend. We need to organise a mini meet at Shirebrook so we can discuss the possibility of holding a full scale meet. The problem is finding a free weekend when those who want to attend can get there.
