1.6TD JX Auxiliary Water Pump Replacement?

Does anyone know if this will work on my 1.6TD jx engine? It looks the same but just wanted to be sure as the part number is different.

it might fit but it's got a 14 day warranty that doesn't apply to electrical items and is only half the price of a new one from VW
try gsf or eurocarparts if Brickwerks doesn't sell them

genuine VW JX one from VW is £105 plus vat 2 year warranty

I replaced mine last year with one from GSF. it was around £85ish i think. You need to snip away a bit of the plastic to get the connector to fit.

Think I'm just going to go to gsf this evening and grab one, at least then its done and I (hopefully) won't have to think about it again!
