Recently had Mayflower in London look at my eberspacher heater, he has completed the usual checks and suspects the valve but doesn't feel qualified to probe more.
Does anyone have a contact that could repair the unit, preferably south london but not essential, summers coming so obviously i'll need it repaired.

Have you run through the start up functions as per the manual? At which point does it fail?

Unit recycles air, thermostat kicks in and 10 seconds of heat then fails. Not sure what model what I though the heater was, was in fact the split charger LOL!
Clearly not in my skill set to sort it myself. VZI forum have a chap in Guildford though was hoping for some one in London to effect repair

Hopefull you have a fully charged leisure battery or the engine running.
Mine used to do exactly what your saying and it was a blocked exhaust.

1. Insufficient fuel delivery - ten or so start ups may be needed to ensure all air is purged (especially if stood idle for a long time) Manufacturers recommendation is to run every couple of weeks or so. Maybe low fuel level in tank depending upon where the fuel is taken off from.
2. Insufficient voltage at heater - test.
3.Dodgy glow plug or flame sensor - check resistances.
No known valves so don't know what that reference is concerning.

Valve reference from Mayflower.
Still no known fixers in London?
