Hello ... I am also in desperate need for an alternator adjustment tensioner bracket for a 1984 1.9 DG Petrol T25.
Has anyone out there got any ideas - mine recently snapped - it has been welded - but it is not right so am looking to replace.

Hello.

I am still looking for an alternator adjuster tensioning bracket for a 1984 1.9 DG PETROL engine. Can anyone help me find such a thing?
I am willing to pay for a replacement part. My fan belt is squealing all the time with the re-welded bracket that I have currently fitted and I really do not trust its reliability.
In about a weeks time I should be in a position to get the van off road and photograph the bracket which will be helpful for anyone who may have such a replacement part.

I am still looking for an alternator adjuster tensioning bracket for a 1984 1.9 DG PETROL engine.

I have the long bracket that you slide the alt up and down to adjust the tension, if that the one you need Pm your address and I'll pop it in the post

Also check you have the right belt as theres 2 sizes I bought the longer one for mine and you just can't get it tight enough
