coolbox
i have spent most of the day taking out my fridge on my westy as it hasnt worked since buying van.All the wiring has corroded, the pipes have seen better days,so ive decided to bin it,what id like to know is,are those 12v coolboxes/fridges any good as that is what ile put in the space of the old fridge,,
Re: coolbox
I've have thought one of those would drain the battery in no time. You can get gas ones, but if you camp on sites then you can get a normal cool box and simply swap the ice packs each morning, although a couple of them they'd probably last 2 days at a stretch.
Re: coolbox
Don't bin it - they're easy to fix and expensive to replace. If you can't be bothered with it, I'm sure there's someone on here who will...
