I'm out camping and this morning my Fridge (Electrolux RM122F) stopped working! I noticed the food started to thaw out.
The light at the back gone out. I went through the re-light process and there was big woosh (like a build up), bit it didn't light. Since then tried several times & can't get the pilot to light.
I got this carpet protector and not sure if that moved against the knob, (ie pressing it in all night), if this would have any impact on on the problem?
I got a chillbox with me, so can chill food. Though would natural prefer the fridge to run gas then 12V. Any methods I have to do. Could of something safety kicked in?

Re: Fridge Failure
I've done a few camper fridges, and they all had a build up of crud (rust flakes, spiders etc) in the gas jet at the base of the chimney.
These fridges appear to need servicing every few years. It' usually a bitch getting them out, but once out it's quite straightforward. Some are srviced through a little hatch outside. Even a gyneacologist would struggle with those. Gas should be serviced by a registered gas engineer.

Re: Fridge Failure
If your gas bottles not empty it's almost certainly crud or carbon build up. Fridge out time unless as previously posted you can get at it by removing a low level ventilation cover. Either way it's going to be awkward......

On LPG Leisure tank!
I got it going ok now. I held the gas knob in for about 1 min to expell air then tried again on the 10th press of the igniter it lit!
