Water pump not working

When we camped a few weeks ago the water was coming through to the sink all fine. We did however run out of water but didn't bother filling up as it was our last day. Took Dudley out today, filled the water tank yesterday and off we went with picnic and yummie food to cook to the Cotswold Beach (great place). Went to fill the kettle with water and nothing happened, no water and no noise from the pump. Have checked the fuses which seemed all fine. Does anyone one have any ideas to someone not very technically minded . We need to get it sorted for Vanwest in a couple of weeks.

Ok..all sorted. The contact on the tap was sticking, good clean and now all sorted
