Hello everyone,
Hope this is an easy one, I cant seem to find anything on the wiki or other posts so...
I have a 1987 transporter, was originally 1.7 diesel, now Mk2 Golf Gti with 5 sp box. (Guess this is the diesel one but not sure)
I plan to change the oil and sort a weepy driveshaft seal soon (thanks to advice on this already), but am not sure how much oil to put back in! Previous vehicles I've just filled it up to the top but I've seen various figures (3.5lt +) quoted on the forum and 25's are a new game to me.
Also, couldnt find the filler plug on a good feel around earlier, is it right at the front end somewhere? (only bit I coudln't get at I think)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Mark
