coolant question -advice please

Post by t25darren »

Just a quick one
I have changed the temp sender on the thermostat housing, only lost about 1/2 a pint of coolant.
Bled the system and its all running ok, temp in the middle of the gauge, fan cuts in and out etc all ok.

Checked the top up tank (behind the number plate and thats on max so ok) but it has a few bubbles -- will these be ok or do i need to bleed again?

Thanks
Darren

If its coming out into the top up tank it means the cap is working and the air is being released... need to check the rad bleed in a couple of days to make sure nothing has been "transported" to the front.. remember to crack that open only once its up to temp and got some pressure in the system..
