WBX?

Post by !aj! »

I have some work to do on van - service the autobox (stop leaks), service the carb (improve the cold starting) and a whole host of interior improvements.
I also thought i'd change the engine mountings as there's a whole lot of shaking going on down there! Looking on Brickwerks they supply mounts only for the WBX. Excuse my ignorance please, but what is the difference between WBX and DG, if any? Not just regarding the mounts but in general. I know my engine is a DG but know nothing of the WBX.

wbx refers to wasserboxer! dg , df and dj engine codes are all types of wasserboxer which i think in german is water boxer , decribes the engine

dg 1.9 late , df 1.9 early , dj 2.1 all types of t25 wbx engines!

someone will be along to correct me tho i am sure........
