Why does my bus miss fire when indicating!

Hi all,
I have a 1990 2.1 auto, it has developed a
miss fire when I indicate or flash high beam or
switch from dip to main beam!
I have had an auto electrician and a garage on
it, with no luck.
Has anyone had a similar problem?

Any hints and tips greatfully received!

At whits end, might trade for a Transit!
