whats best method of cabling to front door mounted speakers?

Am scratching my head on this one..Is it easier to drill in & out of air duct? Any advice appreciated

my speakers wires go through the air ducts yeah, just get some cable tidy round em (pound land)

No drilling required ... there's a hole on the top of the air duct, about 6-10 inches from the door pillar, on either side, once into the door you can feed through between the duct and the door skin

caravelles have rubber tubeing between van and door.
