2.0 A/C Choke?

Post by meehaja »

from cold my van seems to be idling at about 2000 rpm, but drives fine. once it warms up it cuts out as soon as you take your foot off the gas (fortunately I'm quite adept at left foot breaking). It starts and drives fine apart from this and has never had a problem like this before. Am i right in thinking this is a choke issue, or could it be a continuation of the "gunge in the carbs" saga from last week?

Blocked idle/slow running jet? They're possible to unscrew by hand and give them a blow through. Crud/water in carbs, air filter?
